KAPPA PUZHUNGIYATHU & MULAGU CHAMMANTHI

Kappa Puzhungiyathu & Mulagu Chammanthi

-Peel the skin of tapioca(kappa) 
-Cut in cubed pieces,wash under running water until the water turns clear from milky white.
-Boil the tapioca with salt in a thick bottomed vessel with enough water.let it boil for 15 minutes or until cooked.Remove from flame,drain the water completely.
serve with red or green chammanthi !!

FOR RED DRY CHILLIES CHUTNEY(Mulaku Chammanthi)
Crush together red chilies and shallots using a wooden spoon or by mortar&pestle.
Transfer this to a bowl ,add coconut oil and salt to taste.Mix well until combined.Serve with boiled kappa..
