Chicken Liver Roast

Chicken Liver Roast.

1)Chicken Liver- 500g
2)Fresh Ginger chopped - 1inch 
3)Fresh Garlic chopped - 4pods
4)Green chilli - 5.
5)Onion - 1 big.
7)curry leaves - 6 strings
8)turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
9)Crushed pepper- 3 tbsp (change to ur preference)
10)Garam Masala -1 Tbsp.
11)Oil & Salt - as required.

First wash liver gently with 1tsp of turmeric & drain (turmeric will help to
remove d blood & impurities from it)- then cut the big pieces into two without smashing it.(Using scissors will help to cut without smashing).
In a Pan - heat oil - add ginger, garlic - then add onion, green chilli & salt & saute.(it will make d onion to fry soon)- add turmeric & pepper 1tbsp - add liver & mix well & close the pan - after few min the color of liver changes & water will occur in the pan, now d liver is half cooked - then take the liver out from d gravy -sametime in an another frying pan - heat oil- add curry leaves- add the liver & fry for few min - now add salt as required & remaining crushed pepper then fry until itz dry & cooked. finally sprinkle the garam masala, coconut oil & mix. switch off d stove. If you want it as a dry roast serve now, otherwise mix the liver with gravy left before in the pan for serving with rice.
