ingedient-

Egg - 4 nos
Onion - 4 nos
Coconut milk - 1 1/2 cup
Green chilly - 3 nos
Tomato -2 nos( chopped )
Perum jeeraka podi -1 tbsp
Naadan masala podi - 1 tsp
Ginger- garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Corinder powder -1 tbsp
Chilly powder - 3tsp
Turmeric pow - 2 tsp
Salt - As reqd
Curry leaves - few

procdure

1) For preparing cocount milk egg curry, heat oil in a pan, addonion and tomato . fry for 10 minutes

2) Grind it in mixer

3) Heat oil in pan agani . add peru jeeraka podi, green chilles and the ground onion . when slightly brown ,add gingee garlic paste.

4) Add naadan masala powder , crry leaves corinder powder chilly powder and turmeric . add salt

5) When oil comes out, add little water and later add cocunt milk

6) When it thikens , remove from flame . add the eggd into it.

naadan cocunut milk curry ready.
