Fried Chicken (Punjabi)

Boneless chicken cubed 200 g
Ginger & garlic paste 2 tsp
Chopped and crushed green chilly 1 tsp
Maida 3 to 4 tsp
Kashmiri chilly powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Chaat masala powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Finely chopped onion 3 to 4 tsp
Salt to taste Oil for deep frying

Method: Wash and clean boneless chicken pieces. Pat dry with absorbent paper. Marinate the chicken pieces with lemon juice, ginger & garlic, crushed green chilly, kashmiri red chilly powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, chopped onion, salt. Add maida, combine and keep aside for 1 hour. Heat oil in a pan. Drop the marinated chicken pieces in hot oil. Deep fry in medium flame. Fry till it is golden brown & crisp. Drain and Serve hot.
