Chicken Leelu

Savola 6 nos sliced in thin slices
Carrot 2 nos cut vertically in thin broad slices
Potato 2 nos cut vertically in thin broad slices
tomato 2 nos
1st coconut milk 1 1/2 cup
2nd coconut milk 3 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
vinegar 1 tbsp
chilly powder 3/4 tbsp
pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
chicken masala 1 tbsp
salt to taste
curry leaves few
Method: Clean the chicken and drain the water completely. Rub the chicken with ginger-garlic paste, vinegar, chilly powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, chichen masala and salt and keep aside for 20min. Take oil in a pan and fry the potatoes and carrot pieces to light brown. while frying put a pinch of salt in oil. In the remaining oil fry the chicken pieces to brown. Do not over fry it. After frying the chicken saute the onions, chilly and curry leaves in the same oil till it is sauted well. Then add the tomatoes chopped finely and saute again till done. Now add the 2nd coconut milk and cook the chicken in this milk. When its cooked add the fried potatoes and carrot pieces in this curry , mix well and lastly add the 1st coconut milk and take off fire.
Chicken Curry ready!!!!!!!!!!!
