Hot Tangy Tomato Soup with Crotouns

Hot Tangy Tomato soup with croutons 

Easily available ones 

Tomato 3 to 4 finely chopped
Bay leaves 2
Butter or refined oil
Garlic three four cloves
Pepper powder little
Big onion/savala 1 big chopped
Water 2 to 3 cups
Milk 1 cup slightly warm
Sugar one tspn
Salt to taste
Corn flour 3 tspn
Bread 2 slices
Take a small pressure cooker heat and put two tspn of oil or lil butter . Add bay leaves. Add garlic and onion. Saute well . Then add tomatoes saute well. Add water and Salt . Close the lid and cook well. Four or 5 whistles. Let the tomato cook very well. Take out the cooked tomatoes let it cool for half an hour or u can pour that into a wide mouthed vessel and cool it under fan . Anyways it has to be cooled before u grind it in mixie. Other wise it gets spilled while u grind. Grind it to smooth paste and strain it with a strainer or chaya arippu. Keep it aside.
Take a pan pour the tomato liquid and heat . Mix milk and corn flour add to the pan and boil for 5 min. Add pepper powder and sugar. You can add lil cream before u serve it hot. I have not used cream.

For the croutons heat a tawa with lil oil . Cut bread into small cube like shapes and spread on the tawa. Both sides have to be golden brown. Add in soup and serve hot . I have used left over bread
