This is a lunch box idea for kids.

For two rolls :
1. Potato - 1
2. Apple - half
3. Green peas - some
4. Oil - 1 tbl spoon
5. Garlic - 1 clove
6. Ginger - small piece
7. Chilli powder, coriander powder , turmeric powder, garam masala - each a pinch
8. Dosa batter - for 2 dosas
9. Salt

Steam potato, Apple & green peas. Crush garlic & ginger. Then heat oil in a pan. Add crushed ginger & garlic. When it getting brown add all masalas & add the steamed potato+Apple+Green peas & salt. Make dosa and add the filling inside and roll it by folding all the edges so that the filling won't come outside.

The apple will keep the filling sweet & helps us to hide two veggies behind it. The kids will enjoy it as it taste sweet. It was a success for me. Try it for your kids too.
