I had only one left, but was big enough for two of us,athu nanayi clean cheythu alpam turmeric, salt ittu , oru 2 cup vellam cherthu Cook cheyuka, aa timil oru 2 onions, 1 medium piece ginger, garlic oru 1 table spoon Elam koode slice it into small pieces , add small amount of oil in a pan and sauté ginger,garlic and then onion till lightly brown , then add turmeric powder 1/4 tsp,3/4 spoon red chilly powder, 1 tbs coriander powder salt enough and sauté till the spices are cooked, then add finely chopped tomatoes 2-3 nos,sauté well , add just enough water to cook the masala , while thts cooking oru half cup grated coconut ,2 dry red chilly, alpam fennel seeds nanayi varuthu arachu , add to this masala, now add the cooked crab , mix well and let it cook on a slow flame for 10 mts, the crab meat gets soft like chicken, thts when it's cooked, garnish with curry leaves and 1/2 tbsp crushed black pepper . Ini oru chappathi , naan valathum kooti sapitolu, ichiri time edukum keto. Enjoy
