Chicken Teriyaki

Chicken Teriyaki

Boneless chicken or chicken breast - 1 kg (cut in small pieces)
Corn starch-1 cup
All-purpose flour- 2 cups
Soy sauce- 3 Table spoon
Ground Black pepper-1 Teaspoon
For sauce:
Soy sauce - 3 Table spoon
Teriyaki sauce -3 table spoon
Vinegar-3 Table spoon
Sugar-3 Tablespoon
Water/chicken broth-1 cup
Corn starch- 3 Tbspoon
Minced garlic- 2 Tbspoon
Minced ginger-2 Tbspoon
Sesame oil -1 Tbspoon
Cooking oil
Dried red chilies
Sesame seeds
Spring onion chopped.
Mix together soy sauce, black pepper and egg in a bowl. Add chicken pieces and stir. Add corn starch in to this and mix them well. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Take a dish with a flat bottom and add all-purpose flour. Transfer the marinated chicken pieces into it. Coat each piece well with flour.
Fry the chicken in oil for about 5 minutes. Put it aside for now.
Prepare final sauce
Mix soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, sugar, minced ginger/garlic, vinegar, corn starch and water in a bowl. (add salt if necessary)
Pour some oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add spring onions and dried red chilly peppers and stir. Then add the sauce mix; stir well until the sauce thickens.Now add the fried chicken and mix it all together. Transfer the chicken into a serving plate and garnish with some green onion and sesame seeds.Serve with noodles or fried rice.
