Ingredients :-

2 big bunches fresh spinach leaves (wash thoroughly)

1 onion, finely chopped

Green chilli finely chopped

pinch turmeric pwdr

pinch roasted fenugreek pwdr

pinch cumin pwdr

1/2 tsp coriander pwdr

1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste

salt to taste

1 1/2 tbsps olive oil

For tempering:

1/2 tsp cumin seeds

1/2 tsp urad dal

2 garlic flakes, crushed

5-6 curry leaves

Method :-

Chop the spinach and keep aside.
Heat olive oil, add cumin seeds and urad dal once they splutter, add the garlic flakes and curry leaves and saute for few secs.
Add the onions and saute till transparent. Add green chillies , 2g paste and saute.Add salt, turmeric pwdr, roasted fenugreek pwdr, coriander pwdr, cumin pwdr and combine well.
Add the chopped spinach leaves and saute for few mts. Turn off heat. Serve hot with rice.
